repeatedly we are denied 10% discount but this appears to be oversight when the

fellow told the clerk the wine was on sale for $6.99. She ignored him and charged full price of
$7.99. After discount, he was cheated

is happening on a weekly basis. We begin
to suspect that it is intentional. If
one is entitled to a senior discount or any sort of a discount watch ‘em— on
they won’t give it to you.
2018-07-25. For the nth time a woman was
cheated at the Spirituous Beverage Merchant where she buys her wine. As usual, at the register, the price had
increased from the shelf price. She pointed
out the discrepancy at the counter.
Summoned to straighten this out, the manager rang up the shelf price but

but gave up. They cheated her out of 98¢.

He paid on July 7. On July 13, he
receives two identical emails saying they rejected his payment because ACI

They urged him to submit payment before they levied dire penalties. Amenable to this he found it impossible. When attempting to do so online a popup

tax credit application, sent by certified mail, was not delivered until
Tuesday.
He needs the money and but
bureaucracy runs in lead boots. Calling
the Department of Assessments and Taxation, he learned that the tax credit
application “will not be completed until October”. Therefore, they hog his money all this
time. He would have mailed the tax
credit application and not the check but the penalty for a late payment is not
